Batgirl was still trying to comprehend the dire situation she was in. She was hoping this was still the nightmare brought on by Scarecrow’s drugs but it seemed too real.

The last time she felt like that was when she tried to get out of bed after having spent a week in bed with really bad flu in her teens. She seemed to have lost all her muscle strength completely and everything was aching. Her stomach was cramping, probably from not having eaten for quite a while.

“How long have I been out here and what did they do to me?” she thought as she struggled to stand in her 5 inch stiletto heels. 

“If I ever get out of this, I’m going to switch to more sensible footwear,” thought Batgirl, “and I could really use a shower.”

The years of training might not have prepared her for this, but it did make her think about one thing, “How do I get out of here? “
